Returns & Cancelation Policy

Returns
You can login to your account to submit a return request. *Requesting a return does not guarantee approval.

If a return is accepted; Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, in which case you must provide a photo of the damage and contact us via email. 

Returns will not be accepted on the following: clothing, footwear, perishable items, items marked "Final Sale", and all Seasonal items. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to complete. *If you send an item back without our prior written authorization, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 

Cancelations
All sales are final , no cancelations. 

We reserve the right to decline service without explanation. You will be informed via email or phone if your order is canceled due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen events.
