Returns are generally not accepted. 

If we accept a return request, customer is 100% responsible for any return shipping costs. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee. *Unauthorized returns are non-refundable, no exceptions. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to complete, but times can vary depending on your bank. 

Cancelations
All sales are final , however we reserve the right to decline service without explanation. You will be informed via email or phone if your order is canceled due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen events.
